For many years AA Business Brokers, Inc. has had the pleasure of working with Business Buyer's and Business Seller's. We are a Real Estate Corporation licensed by the State of Indiana and as such follow all Indiana State rules to protect both Buyers and Sellers.

FOR BUYERS:

We provide a NO CHARGE, business buyer's package to people interested in learning about purchasing a business. The package contains sample purchase contracts, lists of questions that need to be asked when buying a business and much more information. The package is delivered in person. We do this to help familiarize Buyer's with the business acquisition process and in particular, our format.

FOR SELLERS:

Our policy is to NOT charge for listing a business. We also do NOT charge for providing a business evaluation, if it is required. Listings are for 180 days, NOT the one year length required by many brokers. We utilize strict confidentially practices, to protect our sellers. Businesses for sale are advertised in local newspapers, on the internet and if required in trade magazines, at the BROKERS expense. If after examination and if the seller agrees, that due to current conditions, the business should be kept off the market for a period of time, we will advise a seller on the best ways to prepare their business for sale.

We want the name AA Business Brokers, Inc and the word SERVICE to be synonymous.
